‘Spring Forth’ continues today
“Spring Forth” continues this week at St. Paul CME Church and First Baptist Church on Vann Street in Jacksonville. The event continues today and Wednesday and is sponsored by House of Refuse and Youth Working Together for a Speedy Awareness.

The event will be held each day from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. There will be Academics, Character Education, Vocational Development, games, movies and arts and crafts. Lunch will be provided daily.

On Monday, March 25, threw will be a Health Fair with Sarrell Clinic, Red Cross and the Alabama Department of Public Health participating.

“Super” Tuesday will be held on March 26 with a Vocational Development from 10 a.m. to noon and a Job Fair from 1 to 3 p.m. Many local companies will be present at the job fair including Walmart, Jacksonville Parks and Recreation, Burger King, Wendy’s, Federal Mogul (SMX), Personnel Staffing and Kelly Services.
